Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is right around the corner – and David Burke, chef at the hit restaurant Red Horse in White Plains, helped hype it up on Tuesday during a pre-kickoff event.
Burke treated guests to some of his most delicious dishes, such as his clothesline bacon. He was one of the first in New York City to launch restaurant week back in 1992. It has been a staple in Westchester for the past 15 years.
This year, there are 140 restaurants participating in the two-week dining event. Prix fixe lunches and dinners range from $24.95 to $44.95.
