The Hudson Valley spent Wednesday recovering from the drenching rains and gusty winds that have wreaked havoc on the region over the past 48 hours.
The Bronx River Parkway, which is now reopened, was flooded from Mother Nature's latest downpour, causing a nightmare for drivers.
Power has been restored to most customers who had outages during the storms.
Port Chester was hit hard as hundreds were left without electricity because of yesterday's wild weather. A power line was zapped by lightning and another power line was knocked out on Putnam Avenue.
