Employees at hardware stores in the Hudson Valley say they are busy helping people stay prepared ahead of tonight’s winter storm.

Jason Ramirez works at Cornell's Hardware in Eastchester. He saw customers buy shovels and salt from their recently restocked selection of merchandise.

"I'll be honest with you, I'm not sure if in four hours [that] I am going to have ice melter left. I think people are going to come in here pretty crazy."

All counties in the Hudson Valley are under a winter weather advisory.
