The Mets announced that pitcher Al Leiter, third basemen Howard Johnson, and broadcasters Gary Cohen and Howie Rose will be inducted into the team's Hall of Fame.
Longtime Mets public relations executive Jay Horwitz will receive the Mets Hall of Fame Achievement Award.
Johnson was on the 1986 World Series Mets team. He was with the Mets from 1985 to 1993 and later became a coach. Leiter played on the NL pennant-winning team in 2000 that fell short in the Subway Series World Series matchup. He played seven seasons with the club.

The induction is planned for Saturday, June 3.
