Seniors at Horace Greeley High School in Westchester are making a bid to have next year's prom moved away from Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor.
They say the move is in protest of Donald Trump's controversial comments about immigrants, women and other groups.
The comments have cost Trump millions in sponsorship money, but have not hurt his popularity in the race for the Republican Party's presidential nomination.
The students created a petition on Change.org to have next year's prom moved.
Principal Robert Rhodes says that it's the student leadership council that selects the site for prom each year.
