A homeless man is facing charges after police say he was involved in two assaults in Hastings-on-Hudson.

Police say the first incident happened Sunday near the intersection of Spring Street and Maple Avenue.

While officers were searching the area, authorities received reports of a second assault near By the Way Bakery on Warburton Avenue.

Police arrested Isaiah Aaron Rohland-Agee in connection with the incidents.

He was arraigned and later released.

Rohland-Agee is scheduled to return to court Wednesday.
