Heavy police presence descends upon Town of Chester neighborhood

A heavy police presence descended in the Town of Chester Thursday night.
This happened on Lake Region Boulevard across from Maple Lane.
Police sealed off a red house with yellow crime scene tape.
A News 12 crew on the scene observed Yellow evidence markers up the front stairs and along the driveway.
The News 12 crew also spotted a young man being taken out of a police car and wheeled away on a stretcher.
Town of Chester police, state police, and the Orange County Sheriff's Office were all on the scene collecting evidence.
It was not immediately clear what prompted the police response as of Thursday night.
