The New York state Department of Health has confirmed that four patients of Tomorrow Medicine all tested positive for the same strain of hepatitis C.
Three of them are from Westchester. The other patient is from Dutchess County.
The Health Department believes the patients contracted the disease at clinics in Mount Kisco and White Plains.

Patients who received intravenous infusion, injection or a blood draw at Tomorrow Medicine and at a previous practice called Advanced Medicine of Mount Kisco are now being asked to get tested for hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV.

The state has suspended the medical license of Dr. Timothy Morley, who is the medical director of Tomorrow Medicine, claiming they discovered a series of inappropriate infection control practices and concerns.
According to its website, Tomorrow Medicine offers a number of treatments, including hormone replacement therapy, weight loss programs and diabetes prevention.
News 12 was unable to get a comment from Tomorrow Medicine.  Dr. Morley will go before the State Board for Professional Medical Conduct for a hearing on Sept. 19.
The Westchester County Health Department is offering free testing for patients.
