Jason Pass, a former Sing Sing Correctional Officer, was identified as the suspect in a double homicide. Pass was discovered hiding in a car after allegedly shooting and killing two neighbors. He served as a correctional officer in Ossining from 2004 to 2005 and was terminated, though the exact reasons remain undisclosed.
A head-on collision occurred on State Route 302 between County Route 48 and Warn Avenue. Both drivers involved have been hospitalized, and further details regarding their conditions and the circumstances leading to the crash are pending.
Corena Kelley of Kingston has been found guilty by a jury for the sale of drugs and weapons. Investigators uncovered loaded firearms, fentanyl, drug packaging materials, and a significant sum of cash in Kelley's residence. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 10.
