Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
A South Nyack man has been acquitted in a 2020 fatal shooting.
Wendy Jean was found not guilty in the shooting of Gregory Dubuisson in Nyack. Jean was accused of shooting the victim multiple times at the corner of Main Street and Franklin Avenue.
He was also acquitted of one count of criminal possession of a weapon, but convicted of another count. He faces sentencing in June.
The district attorney is seeking the maximum sentence allowable  by law for the weapon conviction.
A Port Jervis man is facing charges for allegedly selling drugs in Orange County. 
Investigators say Felix Pena offered to sell 20 grams of fentanyl and possessed roughly 23 grams of fentanyl and cocaine.
He was arrested after a 4-month-long investigation. He was charged for both selling and possessing drugs.
Westchester law enforcement is cracking down after a string of robberies and burglaries.
One man was charged with grand larceny for stealing dozens of sneakers from Burlington Coat Factory in Yonkers in February.
A Mount Vernon man was also charged with breaking into two homes and staling three laptops, cooking pots and a tool bag.
And two men face burglary charges accused of stealing about $40,000 in cash and $20,000 in jewelry. 
The Westchester DA says they’re prioritizing resident safety at home and while doing business in the area.
