Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
An Ossining man faces 15 years behind bars after pleading guilty to a hate crime stabbing. Robert McCallion was sentenced for stabbing a 17-year-old in 2020 while yelling racial epithets and anti-Semitic slurs. The teen suffered multiple stab wounds and a collapsed lung.
A White Plains investment advisor will spend more than five years behind bars for embezzlement. Gregg Brie was sentenced to 63 months in prison after pocketing more than $640,000 from three clients. He pled guilty to one count of wire fraud.
