A head-on crash closed the westbound lanes of Route 59 in Nyack for hours today.
The two-car accident happened Crossfield Avenue and Route 59. There has been no official word about the extent of injuries.
Multiple Clarkstown police units responded to the scene, along with EMS.
The road reopened shortly after 12:30 p.m.
