Head of Bridgeport's Park City Communities turns down top job at Chicago Housing Authority

Bridgeport’s housing director says that she has turned down a role at the Chicago Housing Authority.
Jillian Baldwin -- executive director of the Bridgeport Housing Authority, Park City Communities -- says she spent the past year flying back and forth to Chicago as part of the application process to head the Chicago department.
"It's the third biggest housing authority in the country, so when I was offered the job, I was very excited, Baldwin said.
But Baldwin says that in the end, she decided to stay in Bridgeport.
“My heart told me to stay and finish the important work we've started here," she said.
