A Harrison police officer used a Department of Public Works loader to successfully stop a driver in a stolen construction vehicle.
North Castle police reported a stolen construction vehicle that was refusing to stop for officers on Thursday.
The vehicle is known as a "skid steer," with a forklift attached to it.
Police eventually stopped 22-year-old Fishkill resident Kristin Hufnagel.
She faces multiple charges, including criminal possession of stolen property.
