62ds agoStudents returned to school in Cold Spring this morning as officials investigate an incident that caused a lockdown in the Haldane Central School District.
School officials say they heard noises that sounded like a gun going off and went into lockdown.
Putnam County officers say the noise ended up being fireworks from a nearby home.
Law enforcement stayed on-site during the investigation.
