Members of Habitat for Humanity in Newburgh did their part today to remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream.
About a dozen volunteers spent their time repainting apartments in a temporary housing building located on Federal Street.
Many volunteers were local students, church members and even Marines stationed in town.
"I always say everything that he did was not so that I could have the day off. It was so I have the opportunity to do stuff like this," says volunteer Joe Wiles.
Habitat For Humanity Executive Director Cathy Collins said there were several locations set up throughout the inner city.
