Police say a 17-year-old girl was shot and killed at a birthday party early Sunday morning in Mount Eden.

According to authorities, Nadairee Walters was shot in the chest at about 2 a.m. outside 1495 Morris Ave. She was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Two male teens, ages 18 and 17, were also shot at the first-floor apartment party. Police say they were both taken to Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center and are in stable condition with gunshot wounds to the leg.

According to police, no arrests have been made, but the investigation is ongoing.
