A fire on the second floor of a Yonkers hotel Saturday morning sent guests into a panic.

It broke out in a small conference room at the Royal Regency Hotel.

Officials say the fire created a lot of smoke, and some guests began to climb out of windows and onto the rooftop.

No serious injuries were reported.
