The Greenburgh Democratic Committee is endorsing a challenger for town supervisor over the veteran incumbent Paul Feiner.

Ardsley Trustee Barry McGoey received the committee's endorsement after getting 80% of the vote.

Feiner, who calls himself an independent Democrat, says he was not surprised and that every time there has been a challenger in the party, the committee has endorsed them.

Feiner says he expects to win the June primary and the November election.

He has been Greenburgh town supervisor since 1991.
