Two inmates in Dutchess County have been indicted for separate attacks against officers at Green Haven Correctional Facility.

The District Attorney says Daniel Stratton stabbed his victim in the face with an icepick-like object.

Seven months later, Edward Gibson was accused of swinging a similar object at two other officers.

One office fell and sprained her knee. The other suffered a cut to his back.
