An Orange County couple accused of keeping a developmentally disabled man in their barn for a decade has been sentenced for tax fraud.
John Quick and his wife Mary have been ordered to repay more than $35,000 to the man.
The Goshen couple admitted to embezzling the money from his bank account.
They also failed to report the income on their tax returns.
As News 12 has reported, the developmentally disabled man was discovered living on the Quick's property after asking neighbors for food, in February 2017.
