State police say 12-year-old Christopher Smart was riding down a steep hill on Vanorden Road May 5 in Milton when he lost control and crashed into a brick wall.
His family told News 12 the boy was found deceased not far from his home by a passerby more than an hour later.
So far, the GoFundMe has raised several thousand dollars.
