Garner Arts Center to hold grand opening for new gallery on Thursday

Hurricane Irene brought catastrophic flooding to the Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center in 2011, and 12 years later, they are celebrating its new gallery.

The Garner Arts Center will hold a grand opening for its new gallery this Thursday.
Hurricane Irene brought catastrophic flooding to the Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center in 2011, and 12 years later, they are celebrating its new gallery.
The art exhibits of Sari Dienes, Vladimir Cybil Charlier and Ned Harris will be on display from March 11 through April 23.
The grand opening will be held at Building 35 at 5 p.m.
After that, the gallery will be open Fridays 2-5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 p.m.
