A former Newburgh tattoo shop owner was sentenced to 4 1/2 years in prison for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Roberto Minuta was convicted of seditious conspiracy last January. The current Texas resident was convicted of conspiring to go to Washington and breach the Capitol in an effort to prevent Congress from certifying the electoral college vote. He was one of four members of the Oath Keepers convicted. Minuta faced up to 20 years in prison.
