A former New Rochelle teacher accused of raping a 15-year-old faces additional charges.
John Fraioli has been charged with five counts of rape and another five counts of a criminal sex act.
The alleged incidents happened at his home between June and October.
The ex-teacher for New Rochelle High School was first charged last month for allegedly having sex with the teenager on school property.
Fraioli resigned from his teaching position in June.
