Food truck fans flock to grand opening of 9A Eats Park in Elmsford

Westchester's first and only food truck park is celebrating its grand opening in Elmsford Saturday.

Westchester's first and only food truck park is celebrating its grand opening in Elmsford Saturday.
9A Eats Food Truck Park is located at the former Red Fox Diner on North Central Avenue. The park opened at 7 a.m. and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week with rotating food trucks.
Foodies can grab a bite to eat through 8 p.m. Doughnation, Off the Hook, Wrapper's Delight and Longsford's Ice Cream food trucks will be in the lot Saturday night.
The site also offers socially distanced picnic tables and hand sanitizer stations for a safe dining experience.
The trucks will be closed Monday for Labor Day.
