Firefighters were called to scene at 95 Grapal St. just before 9:30 p.m.
Officials say the fire had initially gone undetected and was well underway when first responders arrived.
The one female inside the building was able to escape safely.
Firefighters from Rye, Mamaroneck, Port Chester, Purchase and Rye Brook helped put out the flames within an hour, but officials say the home is a total loss.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but News 12 is told the start of the fire appears to be accidental.
