A body was recovered from the Long Island Sound off New Rochelle Wednesday, but police say they do not suspect foul play. Two fishermen made the gruesome discovery just before 11 a.m. Police say the body was in the water for a few days and is a male between the ages of 20 and 30. A park ranger told News 12 Westchester that the victim was wearing an apron, which he says could signify that he worked at one of the restaurants along the water. Police say they have an idea as to who the man is, but they're waiting to hear from the medical examiner's office for confirmation and cause of death.
