An adult tested positive for swine flu in Yonkers Friday, bringing the total number of cases in Westchester County to 14, health officials say.

The patient has recovered and returned to work after a bout with the virus, and health officials say they are protecting the patient's privacy.

Some Yonkers parents, however, are worried that the reluctance of officials to disclose the patient's name may put their children's health in danger.

"It's very scary, actually," says Lloyd Simpson, of Yonkers. "If you don't know who it is, how can you protect your kids against it?"

In New Rochelle, the city's first case of swine flu was confirmed Friday after a student at George M. David Elementary School tested positive. All of the district's school facilities are being disinfected this weekend and will be open Monday.

Westchester County Health Commissioner Joshua Lipsman says so far, all of the county's cases have been mild. Lipsman adds that although the first cases reported in New York were connected to traveling to Mexico, as the flu becomes more common, it is increasingly harder to determine where the person caught the virus.
