First feature film about 9/11 evokes strong emotion from Yonkers moviegoers

Nearly five years after September 11th, the first feature film about the terror attacks opened in local theaters Wednesday. The movie, simply titled ?World Trade Center,? focuses on former Port Authority Police Officer John McLoughlin, of Goshen. McLoughlin was one of the last two people pulled alive from the rubble at ground zero. Many moviegoers at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers say it is too soon to turn such a painful disaster into a money-making movie. However, others argue the film was excellent and portrays how many people felt that day. Those who did see the film say it focuses on heroism and depicts how Americans pulled together during the tragedy.
