An early-morning fire that demolished a house in Somers Tuesday has been ruled suspicious.Fire officials say when they arrived at the home on Hunter Lane the heavy flames could be seen for miles. Sixty firefighters worked to get the fire under control. Fire officials say it was difficult to battle the flames due to a lack of fire hydrants in the area.No one was injured in the fire. A criminal investigation is now underway. Fire officials say the scope of the fire made them suspicious. The home has been on the market since June and has not yet sold. Town officials say two families are listed as owners of the home.
