A popular Chinese restaurant in Mamaroneck was gutted after a fast-moving fire tore through it Monday morning.
Village fire officials say they received a call around 8:30 a.m. about a fire at the Great Wall II restaurant.
Owners of the restaurant, who declined to be interviewed on camera, say they've owned the restaurant on the Boston Post Road for 10 years, but did not have insurance.
The fire is still under investigation, but the owner told News 12 that he believes it was caused by an electrical malfunction.
