Fire destroys century-old New Rochelle home

A fast-moving fire engulfed a century-old New Rochelle home Sunday afternoon. Fire crews responded to the home in Rochelle Park at around 10:30 a.m. where a two-alarm fire tore through the wooden home.

A fast-moving fire engulfed a century-old New Rochelle home Sunday afternoon.
Fire crews responded to the home in Rochelle Park at around 10:30 a.m. where a two-alarm fire tore through the wooden home.
The family of five returned from church to find five engines, three ladders and over 30 firefighters attempting to get the fire under control.
The family dog, Duke, was rescued from the home by firefighters.
Investigators are attempting to find what sparked the blaze.
