Two men working at Autotronics of Westchester escaped injury after a fire broke out at the repair shop Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the men were working when they heard a noise coming from the area where car parts are stored. Upon investigation, they discovered a fire and attempted to extinguish it themselves before calling the Ossining Fire Department.

Investigators determined the fire was caused by spontaneous combustion and is not considered suspicious.

The fire caused significant damage to the shop.
