The wrong-way driver accused of drunken driving and killing an NYPD detective once again had his case postponed.
Efren Moreano arrived at Greenburgh Town Court by police ambulance Friday.
The Yonkers man is still receiving medical treatment for injuries sustained during February's crash on the Sprain Brook Parkway that killed Paul Duncan.
The case was postponed back in March due to Moreano's injuries.
Moreano had a blood alcohol level of .11.
His case has been adjourned until July.
