A Newburgh family is looking for answers while police look for the gunman who killed 51-year-old Glenton Wright on Friday night.
Wright, from Jamaica, was gunned down after visiting a friend on Benkard Avenue in Newburgh.
Wright's family is convinced there are people in Newburgh who can identify the killer. They are hoping those people come forward and help police in their investigation.
Omari Shakur, a Newburgh activist who is helping to comfort Wright's family, said the entire community has a stake in finding the killer.
"This man ... he never messed with nobody. This was an innocent man, on our streets. This could have been any of us. Any of us," he said.
