Authorities say an Ossining home was gutted Monday after an early morning fire.
According to fire officials, nine tenants - four of them children - were trapped inside the home on 21 Broad Ave. after the blaze started at about 4 a.m. All the tenants eventually escaped the fire unscathed.
"We made an aggressive interior attack to look for any occupants that were trapped," says Ossining Fire Department Chief Peter Connolly.
