A former Brewster nurse is facing charges for allegedly failing to give disabled residents their medication.
New York's attorney general says Stacy McAdams failed to give three residents at Putnam Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center their medication back in June.
Prosecutors say the 47-year-old lied on medical records saying that the drugs - such as anti-seizure and heart medication - were administered.
News 12 is told McAdams has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
