Vacations to the European Union are on the table for Americans this summer -- if you're fully vaccinated.
The president of the European Commission told
the New York Times that vaccinated Americans can travel to and within the European Union.
No specific timeline was offered on exactly when tourist travel might open up again.
It's also not yet clear how tourists would prove they've been vaccinated.
Because of Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer a part of E.U., so it's not clear if U.S. citizens would be welcomed to visit there.
