Fire officials say an electrical shortage is likely the cause of a fire that sparked at a building in Ossining.
The fire sparked just before 7 a.m. Saturday at a building under construction on Spring Street.
It is unclear if the building is residential or office space. No one was inside at the time of the fire.
Con Edison was forced to shut down power to the building as a result.
