A driver is lucky to be alive this morning after a crash in Croton.
Fire officials say a car fell 75 feet down an embankment off Route 129 while trying to avoid another vehicle.
They say the crash happened Sunday afternoon at the entrance to Croton Gorge Park.
The driver, two good Samaritans and a Croton police sergeant all had to be helped back up the steep embankment.
News 12 is told there were only minor injuries.
