Rain has
been falling consistently across the Hudson Valley
today, and DPW officials are
keeping an eye out for flooding across the region.
In Mamaroneck, crews
are monitoring the harbor
for any storm surge and low-lying areas like
Old White Plains Road near Columbus Park.
While
there is no signs of any flooding right now, DPW crews say they are watching catch basins, which may be
clogged by leaves.
Officials
don't believe they will have a flooding problem, but insist
they are keeping an eye on the situation.
