About 185 homes lost water service at a Charter Circle co-op complex in Ossining Friday when a decades-old water main burst.
Crews have since completed repairs, and authorities reopened the road.
A valve on a 50-year-old, 6-inch pipe burst early in the morning, officials said, mainly impacting residents of the High Meadow Cooperative Complex.
"You can't make coffee," said Ruth Mazzacone, who found her morning routine disrupted. "You can't wash. You can't take a shower, and you can't flush the toilet."
