Dozens charged in Westchester County robberies and burglaries

A recent Westchester law enforcement crackdown on a recent string of robberies and burglaries resulted in dozens of people charged in the crimes.
One man was charged with grand larceny for stealing dozens of sneakers from a Burlington Coat Factory in Yonkers back in February.
A Mount Vernon man was charged with attempted burglary for breaking into two homes and stealing three laptops, cooking pots and a tool bag.
Two Queens men face burglary charges after being accused of stealing about $40,000 in cash and $20,000 of jewelry.
