A micro-coffee roaster company in Yonkers found a new way to adapt during the pandemic.
Double Barrel Roasters, located in Yonkers, imports its exotic coffees from around the world, which separates it from others.
News 12 is told its profit was great before the pandemic began, but since times have changed, the company has lost 90% of its accounts.
Nonetheless, they’ve adapted to the sudden change by selling their specialty coffee directly to customers online.
The Westchester business was also featured on Good Morning America’s 'Deals and Steals' segment which helped them to reach customers statewide.
