An Ossining woman was caught stealing packages off her neighbors' doorsteps on Tuesday.

News 12 spoke to residents on Vista Court who say items that were delivered to their homes went missing.

One woman, who chose to be interviewed off camera, told News 12 that her doorbell camera caught the culprit in the act.

The video allegedly shows 30-year-old Sherri Carey getting out of her car, walking right up to the step and stealing packages.

The incident was immediately reported to Ossining police. They then found and arrested Carey by looking for the car she was seen driving up in.

Carey has been charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
