Dog that was victim of attempted decapitation makes full recovery
Peaches, a dog from Cairo, NY that had been a victim of an attempted decapitation, multiple stabbings and left bleeding for hours, is making a full recovery, according to the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA.
