A search warrant obtained by News 12 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. indicates that the wife of Ben Novack Jr. was deceptive when asked about her husband's murder during a polygraph test.
The search warrant also reveals that investigators in Florida's Broward County searched the Fort Lauderdale estate of Ben and Narcy Novack for 10 days, removing everything from videotapes to several rolls of duct tape.
Narcy Novack's attorney has maintained that his client is innocent in her husband's slaying. She has not been charged with any crime. Ben Novack Jr. was found beaten to death July 12 at a Rye Brook hotel.
