State and federal inspection records regarding the bus company involved in the recent deadly crash on I-84 in Waywayanda have presented conflicting findings.
According to the State Department of Transportation, the Regency bus company is categorized as an "unacceptable" company.
However, federal inspectors list Regency as "satisfactory," even noting above-average performance compared to national averages.
