Delivery truck catches fire in Greenburgh
Firefighters were called out to extinguish a United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery truck that burst into flames this afternoon on Central Park Avenue in Greenburgh.
Officials say they were initially concerned that the cause of the fire may have been terrorism-related, but after putting the flames out, they do not suspect terror.
Firefighters say many of the gifts and packages the truck was delivering were destroyed.
Fire officials are continuing to investigate the cause of the truck fire.
UPS officials say they will replace or reimburse everyone for the damaged packages.
